clean slate auto salon cancellation policy

- if for some reason you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so before the 48 hour window prior to your appointment. 

- If your appointment is more than 48 hours away from the time you get into contact with us to reschedule, you may reschedule with no penalty and your deposit will still be valid for your next appointment

- if your appointment is less than 48 hours away from the time you get in contact with us to reschedule, your deposit will be increased to a 50% deposit and will still be used towards your service for your rescheduled appointment.

-If your appointment is less than 24 hours away from the time you get in contact with us to reschedule, you will be charged a same-day cancellation fee equal to 100% of your service minus the deposit you already paid. this charge can not be used towards your next appointment

rescheduling of appointments

deposits are required for all services to reserve your appointment time. the deposit amount will be 20% of your booked service. Deposits are non-refundable and will be put towards the total cost of your service.

cancellation of appointments

no call / no show

- if you are a no call / no show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a same-day cancellation fee equal to 100% of your booked service in addition to your deposit

multiple reschedulings

- if you have already rescheduled your appointment and need to either reschedule again or cancel that same appointment, regardless of how far away that appointment is, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service minus the deposit you have already paid. your deposit and the additional cancellation fee will not be available to put towards your next appointment.

**please note that until you receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling from us, your request is not valid. if you cancel or reschedule during our business hours, your request will be honored, and the cancellation window will begin at the time of the call or message you made the cancellation or rescheduling. if you cancel or reschedule outside of our business hours, your request will not be honored and the cancellation window will not start until you receive a confirmation from us.
